"In Pursuit Of A Better Tomorrow"

Sergeant Klocker is a 26 year veteran of the CHP who has worked the busy freeways in Los Angeles to the rural highways in northern California.  In 2007 Sergeant Klocker developed an autobiographical style presentation about recognizing and managing the cause and effects of post traumatic stress disorder in public safety personnel.  Sergeant Klocker uses a unique mixture of personal experience, movie clips, training videos, case photographs and music in a powerful combination that is acutely tuned to the stress of public safety personnel.  The presentation has been shown free to hundreds of public safety personnel in California and was ranked #1 at the California Peer Support Association conference in 2008.
